How do I become a member of Family of Christ?
So you've been with us for a while, and you're considering becoming a member. What does that even mean? Well, to put it simply, it means that you are putting down roots and choosing to plug into our community by serving, giving, supporting, and participating in life together. You are choosing us, and we are choosing and welcoming you!
Whether you are a lifelong church-goer, new to knowing and loving Jesus, or you just want to know more about "who we are," you are invited to join us in a few "next steps" in order to discover more! Here's where to go from here...
Be on the lookout for the next available session of classes! Dates are announced during our worship services and in our monthly newsletter.

John & Ann Colby
John and Ann moved to Monument 4 years ago this August from central WI with three of their four children. Ashley and Huck attend college here in CO, and Riley goes to Palmer Ridge High School. The oldest, Maarten lives in Milwaukee, WI. John and Ann work in the healthcare field. They have two dogs: LuLu and London. As a family they enjoy hiking, skiing, and the beautiful scenery of CO.
Ron is one of four born in Maryland. He moved to Arizona after 2 years where two of his sisters were born. He attended Arizona schools in Prescott. After school, Ron was drafted into the army and spent a year serving in Vietnam. He went to work for ADOT following a summer of miscellaneous jobs and loved working as a location surveyor; photogrammetry and mapping could not be beat along with geodesy. Ron retired after 34 years. Then he asked to return and worked there for 10 more years.
In the middle of all that, Ron was married and had two children. His son and granddaughter still live in Arizona. He moved to Colorado to be near he daughter, Amber Jack and his awesome son-in-law, Justin and their two children. Amber invited Ron to Family of Christ, and he has been coming since November 2018. He enjoys the congregation and is excited to join as a member!
