Isn’t it amazing what your kids have learned to do? Their minds and hearts are ready for a spiritual milestone – sitting on your lap while you read to them from their very own picture Bible!

That is why we are offering the three-session course* called First Bible Blessing for Preschool and Kindergarten families! This course is one-step in a Faith Milestone Path, a significant piece of Family & Children’s Ministries here at Family of Christ. At the three class sessions, you will learn...

- How to talk about God and matters of the faith with your kids.
- How to create an environment at home that invites God to be real and present.
- How to pray more effectively with your child.
- How to speak words of blessing to your child.
- You will also have the chance to discuss with other parents of Preschool and Kindergarteners the challenges and joys of parenting.

On Sunday, February 6, at the 11:15 AM service, class participants will present their Preschool and Kindergarteners with a Picture Bible, while speaking a private spiritual blessing over them. At the first session on January 23, you will receive a Jesus Storybook Bible, which will be given to your child at the blessing event on February 6. We will help you in making this a meaningful event that your child will always remember!
