Randi Petrik is currently serving as DCE at Bethany Lutheran in Overland Park, KS. She is responsible for Children’s Ministry and Youth Ministry. Prior to this, she served at Bethany Lutheran in Cedar Rapids, IA. Randi is married to Dustin, and they have two children Devin (7th grade) and Reagan (5th grade). Dustin and Randi both grew up in small towns in NE and both attended Concordia University, Nebraska. As a family, they love watching and playing sports. She is passionate about serving in Children’s Ministry! Randi has done a lot of work in ministry over the years - a few examples include leading VBS for over 250 children, a Family Easter festival for neighbors and preschool families for over 500 attendees, and small group parenting classes. She loves to share Jesus with all ages! Randi has a relational and organized approach to leading ministry.

Randi and her family drove out to Colorado for a visit to Family of Christ July 17-19. She met with Staff, members of the Board of Elders and Directors, and the Call Committee. They attended the first Family Night of Fun (mini-VBS event), and Randi gave the Children’s Message during both worship services on July 19. Click HERE to watch a recording of the service.
